The Lowdown:
Part of Siren's Expressions series of single hop IPAs made to tell the story of an individual hop, here Strata gets the spotlight. It's known for tropical fruit, soft berry notes and a faint herbal edge, all of which comes through clearly. The DDH (double dry-hopping) treatment lifts the aromatics and deepens the flavour, giving a juicy, rounded feel without going overboard on bitterness. Hazy, soft and full of Strata's trademark character.

Siren Craft Brew have been making waves in the indie beer scene since 2013, brewing out of Finchampstead, near Wokingham.
