Radiant in the glass, it marries bright citrus and stone fruit notes with a subtle oak embrace. Lively acidity dances on the palate, while a graceful finish lingers pleasantly in the mouth. Harmonious and refined its a lot of wine for a very moderate outlay.

Larry Cherubino Wines is a name that consistently pops up when discussing Western Australian wine. Larry Cherubino, the man behind the label, is a bit of a legend in the region. After graduating from Australia's prestigious Roseworthy program, he spent years honing his craft around the world before returning home in 2005 to set up his own show. Today, he's not only making highly regarded wines under his own label, but also lends his expertise to a number of other big names. Larry's a bloke who wears his passion for winemaking clearly on his sleeve, and it shows in the quality of the wines he produces.
When to drink:
A cool, citrus-streaked Chardonnay for a plate of plump scallops, their sweetness mirrored in the wine.
