The Lowdown:
Pale and golden, this bitter is brewed with Ernest and UK Cascade hops, to deliver a well-rounded and flavour. Notes of pineapple add a subtle hint of tropicality, but the beer stays true to its roots with a broad hop backbone and a satisfying malty finish. It's mellow and tasty, an English Ale with a modern twist.
The Brewery:
The Park Brewery was established by Josh and Frankie Kearns, a husband and wife team. Born from obsessive home brewing throughout 2012-2013 and after encouraging feedback from friends and local bottle shops (ourselves among them), they made the leap and invested in a small kit, found local premises and took the brewing out of the family kitchen. They moved into their current brewery in Kingston-upon-Thames in 2018 and being based near Richmond Park, they've used the history and landscape of the place to inspire the naming of their beers.
