Description
Soft, Hazy & East Coast Style Pale Ale
England: Berkshire
Vegan - ABV 5.0% - 44.0cl
In a Nutshell:
A hazy pale with classic tropical fruit flavours and a subtle hint of pepper - juicy, smooth and easy-drinking.
The Lowdown:
Despite the name, this is actually rather good. There's all the tropical fruit and soft haze you'd expect from a New England pale, but with a hint of pepper and mint in there too - not huge, just enough to notice. Mosaic and HBC-1019 hops also bring mango, peach and pineapple and a touch of bubblegum sweetness. Altogether juicy, smooth and soft.
The Brewery:
Founded in 2023, Indie Rabble Brewing Company is to be found under a railway arch in the charming surrounds of Windsor, rather than the usual gritty city centre. They've quickly earned a following with their varied range, from German-style lagers and hazy pale ales to kettle sours and hearty stouts. And their efforts haven't gone unnoticed - by March 2024, they'd already won SIBA's Best New Independent Craft Brewery award, cementing their spot among Britain's indie breweries.
