Description
In a nutshell:
A fruity and refreshing pale blush rose with fragrant fruity notes from the Roussillon region, France.
The lowdown:
This is a fruity and refreshing pale blush rosé with fragrant notes of crushed berries, zesty citrus and grapefruit through to a perfectly balanced palate and long, elegant finish. The grapes are carefully selected and following a brief maceration to extract the delicate rosé colour, the berries were gently pressed. Fermentation took place at low temperatures with selected yeasts in concrete tanks. Which offer excellent thermal stability, while helping to preserve he aromas and the expression of the Roussillon terroir.
The Producer:
Dom Brial is a cooperative of passionate producers who are following the footsteps of a Benedictine monk, Dom Brial. Today the cooperative represents 247 winegrowers who cultivate the mosaic of diverse terroirs. The Cote Catalanes IGP is located in the Roussillon amphitheatre-shaped topography, which is open to the Mediterranean on one side and surrounded by three mountain ranges.
When to drink:
Would pair well with vegetable dishes and light summer lunches.
