They might be pretty in pink, but there’s more to it than that.
Chilled, pale rosé is irresistibly attractive, no wonder it's so popular, especially in summer. Colour alone, though, is only part of the story. Of course we want them crisp and refreshing, but it's nice to have a bit more going on to tingle the tastebuds too. Here's a few of our favourites, everything from the classic Provençal template to an altogether bolder look from Puglia, with some other variations along the way.
