Domaine de la Vieille Tour Rosé, Côtes de Provence 2025

A pale raspberry-pink, embodiment of Provence from first to last. Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault form the blend, and the way it's made brings out redcurrant and wild raspberry fruit, lifted by a touch of strawberries and cream, giving a bit of extra depth. Fresh and balanced throughout, finishing long and crisp, every inch a classic Provençal rosé.

Don't just save this for lounging in the garden, it's pretty good at the table as well. Grilled chicken, charcuterie boards or that favourite, a proper Niçoise salad, all suit it nicely.

Domaine de la Vieille Tour is a 22 hectare Côtes de Provence estate situated between Pierrefeu and Cuers west of Saint Tropez. The Domaine's vineyards benefit from lying in a slight geographical depression which has a particular micro climate, encouraging long and even ripening of the grapes. Grapes for the rosé, Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, are cultivated on sandstone clay soils and harvested by hand, before being transported to a very modern, gravity-fed winery.
