Organising the drinks can be a big part of any event. We've masses of experience in this field and since we're sure you have plenty of other things to plan we can help take some of the load off you on this front.
We offer a range of services to cater for everything from a Saturday night dinner party to larger birthday bashes, garden parties, christenings, and well you name it! From helping you choose a drinks selection to suit every budget to glass hire, nationwide delivery, and we’ll even do up to 25% sale or return on the total value of your purchase (t&cs apply).
If you are running a one-off larger event and require sizable quantities of wine and/or beer then we can be of service. We have multiple years of experience in supplying charity, school and company balls, sports club annual bashes, and music festivals.

Choosing the right drinks might be a bit daunting, but we can make it easy for you. The important thing is to choose what you like and to find good value from there. We always have a wide range of wines to taste and can often open specific bottles on request. We want you to be happy with your choice and trying first is one of the best ways to do this. Why not try a home tasting with friends and family for a few shortlisted wines. It can certainly be a fun way to choose and we can deliver to your door and lend you some glasses if required.Free Delivery
Delivery direct to your chosen venue can be arranged at a convenient time. If you have any organisers, or caterers we'll work with them to make sure it all goes to the right place.Free Glass Loan
It's always handy to have plenty of glasses and with our free glass loan you can make sure you don't run short whether it wine glasses, flute, or hi-ball tumblers. We just ask for a £2.50-a-glass deposit payable in advance which is fully refundable on return. Only pay for breakages and dirty glasses. When you've finished with the glasses all you need to do is bring them back to us and we ask that they're clean and ready for re-use. The more notice you can give us the better; at some busy periods our stock of glasses can get fully booked. The number of glasses we can loan will be proportionate to the amount of drinks purchased. (1 tray hired out for every 6 bottles purchased)Chiller Bin Loan
Keeping your drinks suitably chilled is an important consideration. Along with glasses we can loan you chiller bins as well. Filled with a couple of bags of ice (also available from us) they'll chill your drinks in 30-45 minutes and keep them cool for several hours especially if kept in the shade. As with glasses we just ask for a small deposit fully refundable on their clean return.Cask Ale Service
Why not consider having a cask of ale for your event? It makes an impressive feature and a glass of hand drawn cask ale is invariably popular. Along with the beer we'll supply everything needed to get it set up. It's not difficult to do and we'll give you all the help you need. A full firkin of ale supplies up to 70 pints and really looks the business, but if you won't need that much then consider a polypin, minipin or minikeg. It's never easy to work out exactly how much you'll need and running out isn't something you want to do. We'll always advise about how much you might need, but it's always wise to provide a bit extra just in case.That's where our sale-or-return service comes in handy. If you have any drinks left over that you won't need we'll be happy to take them back for a full refund. We ask that returns are in a saleable condition, for example we can't refund bottles where the labels have peeled off by chilling or cans that have been dented, but otherwise any unopened bottles or cans are acceptable. We do ask that the amount returned doesn't exceed 25% of the original value ordered.
