Best known for their crisp British lagers, Utopian show they're no slouch with cask ale either. Cascade Blonde is a bright, hoppy number brewed with UK Cascade and Mystic hops, bringing aromas of grapefruit peel, gentle spice and a soft floral lift. Light, fresh and properly sessionable, it's got a clean malt base and a tidy, balanced finish. A limited-run cask special that shows there's more than one string to their bow.

At Utopian they have a simple mission: to celebrate British lager. They're based in beautiful Devon and brew using traditional methods, but they put their unique spin on classic styles, using 100% British-grown ingredients. With a rich tapestry of local ingredients and producers, it was an easy choice for them to reduce their carbon footprint by using only homegrown ingredients. What sets them apart is that the UK leads in building disease-resistant hops, making them both eco-friendly and flavourful.
