The Lowdown:
Pineapple and pink peppercorn in a beer? Sounds unlikely, but it does work, honestly. Soft sweetness and a tart hint from the pineapple meet a gentle aromatic bite from the peppercorns, nothing too fiery though. Hazy, rounded and easy-going in classic East Coast IPA style, the fruit and spice complement things nicely rather than taking over. Fresh, off-beat and quirky with a real interplay of flavours, it's a modern IPA with its own angle on things.
