One of Sipsmith's 'Sipping Series' limited edition gins this has been distilled with the 2020 strawberry harvest from Hugh Lowe Farms in Kent, the exclusive grower for Wimbledon - and where the strawberries would otherwise have been destined for - together with a hint of English mint. With a perfectly balanced flavour it's delightfully versatile and makes a delightfully summery twist on a G&T with a winning garnish of a freshly sliced strawberry.
The Producer:
Sipsmith's story began in 2009, in a tiny workshop in Hammersmith, London. Childhood friends Fairfax Hall and Sam Galsworthy had an unwavering belief in things well made - the way they used to be, the way they should be. They set up London's first traditional copper distillery since 1820, paving the way for many others to follow. Their mission was simple: to bring back London Dry Gin of truly uncompromising quality and character to the city where it first earned its name. Today, the distillery is situated in a street in Chiswick, close to where it all started.
