This expressive, bright white is built around Chardonnay, which thrives in Chile's Casablanca Valley, where the cool climate allows the grapes to ripen slowly, showing off their fruity and aromatic side. A splash of Roussanne adds floral notes, richness, and a bit of extra complexity. After careful harvesting, the juice is partly fermented in French oak and then spends five months in barrel, giving it a creamy texture that works perfectly with its bold tropical fruit flavours. Viñedos Emiliana is one of Chile's most exciting and trailblazing producers, leading the way in organic and biodynamic winemaking. Founded in 1986 by brothers Rafael and José Guilisasti, the winery has gone from strength to strength, especially with renowned winemaker Alvaro Espinoza on board since 2000. They farm nearly 1,000 hectares across regions such as Casablanca, Maipo, Cachapoal, Colchagua, and Bio Bio, crafting award-winning wines that showcase the best of these areas.
