In a Nutshell:
A strong, hazy New England Double IPA with serious hop intensity and a distinctive vinous edge running through.
The Lowdown:
A chunky Double IPA with a bold hop character and plenty of weight to carry all that's going on. Citra, Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin and Cascade combine to bring ripe mango, pineapple and zesty lime, but it's the Nelson Sauvin that adds another angle - a vinous, almost wine-like quality beneath the tropical fruit. Thick and substantial, rounding off with depth rather than sweetness.

Phantom Brewing are a Reading-based craft beer outfit who've been quietly making waves since 2019. Their mission? Pretty straightforward really - just to serve up the freshest, top-notch bers they can. But don't mistake simplicity for lack of ambition; they're always experimenting, keeping punters on their toes with an ever-rotating line-up of bold new flavours. Think hazy IPAs, punchy sours, and a fair bit in between. They've certainly got a knack for keeping things interesting.
