The Lowdown:
Kveik may be an old Norwegian farmhouse yeast, but here it's put to modern use. It ferments quickly and leaves plenty of fruit behind, adding orange peel and stone-fruit notes to the hops. The body is soft, the haze natural, and the bitterness restrained. The result is a hazy pale that's fresh, fruity and easy-going.
The Brewery:
Only With Love Brewery kicked off in 2020, right at the start of lockdown, the brainchild of mates Steve Keegan and Roger Warner. Nestled just outside Uckfield in East Sussex, they're all about spreading a bit of joy and keeping things light. Their ethos? Simple - encouraging mindful drinking without the heavy stuff. With a focus on beers from zero to 5% ABV, they specialise in crafting lower alcohol brews that supply all the flavour and satisfaction you'd expect.
