Made from Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay grown on dry-farmed vineyards, this non-alcoholic white does a solid job of passing for the real thing. Cool fermentation and a stint on lees add a bit of weight, while spinning-cone dealcoholisation helps preserve the aromatics. Citrus, green apple and white blossom lead on the nose, with a clean, gently rounded palate to follow. Balanced, refreshing, and more convincing than most.
