There are 13 botanicals that go into it and citrus and juniper is what jump out at first, but following swiftly behind is a floral touch of lavender and elderflower that give this its distinctive, refreshing style. Made from a combination of grain and locally grown grape spirit.
The Producer:
Nestled between Mayfield and Wadhurst in East Sussex's scenic High Weald district, Mousehall Country Estate has been revitalised by the Jordan family, probably better known for their well-regarded South African wine estate. Gary and Kathy Jordan acquired Mousehall in 2017 as their "retirement project," planting vineyards across the estate. and 2022 saw the first vintage of their still wine range, Tidebrook. Alongside this, they also craft gin and vodka under the Mousehall label.
