Made from a classic blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, it's ripe and full-bodied yet refreshingly approachable, offering a luscious swirl of blackberry and plum layered with a touch of garrigue herbs, black pepper, and earthy undertones. The texture is richly velvety, balanced by smooth tannins that give it structure and an appealing softness. One with all the complexity of a good Rhône red and easily enjoyable at the same time.
When to drink:
Best enjoyed alongside something hearty and generous, like prime rib, a proper cassoulet, or saddle of lamb with ratatouille or gratin dauphinois.
