A fresh, ripe and rounded South African Sauvignon Blanc.
The grapes were handpicked early in the morning while it was cool to preserve freshness and the delicate aromas and fruit flavours. Complexity and weight is enhanced in the winery with juice being left on its skins for several hours and lees stirring during maturation to add richness. Pronounced aromas of lime, grapefruit, melon and apples lead onto a vibrant palate with notes of kiwifruit and tangy green apple. A rounded mouthfeel with crisp, balanced acidity and clean finish.
Perfect to drink with salads, shellfish, goats cheese or simply as an aperitif.
