Brewed with a lean malt base and a bright blend of hops, this is crisp, clear and straight to the point. Grapefruit and lemon peel take the lead, with a flicker of pine in the background and a bitterness that lands neatly. Light on its feet but not short on flavour, it finishes clean and dry, with a sharp, zesty edge that lands on the right side of refreshing.
The Brewery:
Honour & Craft is a spin-off from Crafty Brewing in Dunsfold, Surrey, set up with a clear goal - to support military veterans. Part of the proceeds from every can goes to Combat Stress, the mental health charity for former service personnel. The beers themselves are brewed with the same care and attention, but the names are a bit different - each one uses phonetic alphabet code as a nod to the forces background behind it all.
Style - Traditional & West Coast Style IPA ABV 4.2% - Moderate Strength
