What's unique is the winemaker uses wild yeasts and seasoned oak barrels for fermentation. Kevin Judd is a legend in Marlborough winemaking circles. After his time at Cloudy Bay, he wasn't about to slow down, and his own label, Greywacke, continues that legacy.
