This was created in collaboration with the celebrated chef Ferran Adrià of El Bulli fame to be a perfect beer to partner food. It works espcially well with bittersweet and spicy flavours. Slightly cloudy in appearance it's highly aromatic with a creamy fresh texture and pleasant lingering aftertaste.

Founded in 1876 by August Küntzmann Damm his eponymous brewery is a landmark in Barcelona and one of the largest in Spain. While best known for their big selling flagship lager Estrella Damm, it's really many of their other brews that are the ones worth seeking out.
