Double Destination is a DIPA which stands for Double IPA - making it stronger and more intense than the standard issue. This one's brewed in West Coast style: bright, clear and built around classic American hops Citra, Columbus, Chinook and Simcoe, which bring citrus peel, pine and a touch of grapefruit, whilst keeping the bitterness sharp and assertive. At 8%, there's weight and body to balance the hop punch whilst staying clean and focused from start to finish.
The Brewery:
Elusive Brewing, tucked away in Finchampstead, is where traditional brewing know-how meets thoughtful innovation. Founded in the mid-2010s by homebrew hero Andy Parker, it's a small operation with a big reputation. Andy turned his passion into award-winning beers that balance classic styles with a modern edge. With an emphasis on precision and creativity, Elusive's brews are crafted to surprise seasoned beer lovers - familiar flavours, but often with something unexpected in the mix.
