Description
West Coast Style Pale Ale
Australia
Vegan - ABV 5.8% - 37.5cl
In a Nutshell:
Rich, malty and fruity, this bottle-conditioned hazy pale from Adelaide comes with a gentle sparkle and plenty of character.
The Lowdown:
Red Label Sparkling is the bigger, bolder, beefed-up sibling to Green Label Original. It's got richer malts, riper fruitiness and that trademark bottle-conditioned haze for extra depth, plus a yeasty edge and a decent kick of hop bitterness - though not too much to frighten the horses. Roll the bottle if you're after the full cloudy hit, or pour it gently for a cleaner finish. However you take it, it's a proper slice of traditional Aussie brewing.
The Brewery:
Founded in Adelaide, South Australia in 1862, Coopers is Australia's oldest family-owned brewery and a true icon of independent brewing. Known for their naturally conditioned, bottle-fermented ales, they've built a reputation on tradition, quality, and consistency. While the craft beer boom brought waves of trend-driven newcomers, Coopers stayed true to their roots - and in doing so, found themselves back in fashion. Their signature cloudy beers, like Original Pale Ale and Sparkling Ale, now appeal to a new generation of drinkers who value authenticity. With one foot in the past and one firmly in the present, Coopers remains proudly independent and refreshingly relevant.
