In a Nutshell:
A hazy New Zealand pale with a welcoming soft texture, vivid fruit and an easy finish.
The Lowdown:
A laid back, soft and textural hazy pale brewed entirely with New Zealand hops and very drinkable indeed. You get that hallmark of Kiwi hops - gooseberries and white grapes, joined along the way by a bit of citrus and tropical. A few oats add a smoothness to round out the edges - enjoyable, easy drinking.
The Brewery
Cold Shelter is a small South Wales outfit run by two mates, Jack and Daniel, who started brewing in 2024 with a simple aim: make great beer and have fun doing it. Theyre a 'cuckoo' brewery, meaning they dont have their own kit but brew at other breweries - keeping things flexible and collaborative. Expect hazy pales, hoppy IPAs and dark stuff too, all brewed with character and proper indie spirit.
