The combination of Citra and Strata brings concentrated fruit, while a lean malt backbone adds balance without slowing it down and th bitterness cuts through with clarity, without straying into harshness. Bold, precise, and built for those who like the hops loud and the finish sharp.
The Brewery
Cold Shelter is a small South Wales outfit run by two mates, Jack and Daniel, who started brewing in 2024 with a simple aim: make great beer and have fun doing it. Theyre a 'cuckoo' brewery, meaning they dont have their own kit but brew at other breweries - keeping things flexible and collaborative. Expect hazy pales, hoppy IPAs and dark stuff too, all brewed with character and proper indie spirit.
