The first ever IPA brewed by Utopian Brewing. With a solid malt backbone and a big dry hop, fermented using their house lager yeast at a lower temperature, it gives the beer a crisp, dry clean finish with amazing hop character, that you would expect from a West Coast IPA.

The Brewery:
At Utopian they have a simple mission: to celebrate British lager. They're based in beautiful Devon and brew using traditional methods, but they put their unique spin on classic styles, using 100% British-grown ingredients. With a rich tapestry of local ingredients and producers, it was an easy choice for them to reduce their carbon footprint by using only homegrown ingredients. What sets them apart is that the UK leads in building disease-resistant hops, making them both eco-friendly and flavourful.
