Crisp, zesty and bright, this is a Riesling full of South Australian character. Mouthwatering, mouth-filling and fresh the hints of grapefruit, melon and quince will keep you coming back for more. Vinified and fermented in Stainless steel for freshness, it spends a couple of months on its lees before bottling. The Clare Valley is noted for good Riesling and this example is a great demonstration of what they're all about.

Giles Cooke and Fergal Tynan, both Masters of Wine are the guys behind Wild & Wilder . Their objective is to craft wines of exemplary quality using top quality South Australian fruit. Their dependable range is one that reliably overdelivers when it comes to value and flavour.
When to drink:
A natural food partner to asian dishes typically containing ginger, lemongrass or coriander. White fish also works well.
