Brewed using NZH-101 hops, from the same experimental New Zealand program that developed Nectaron. Get set to be dazzled by a burst of tangy line and succulent ripe mandarin, followed by delightful hints of luscious melon and tropical fruits. To showcase the hop, Siren have crafted a clean, crisp California-style pale ale with just the right touch of haze and a bold lively bitterness.
The Brewery:
Among the forefront the modern generation of brewers Siren Craft Brew have been building an enviable reputation since 2013 at their brewery in Finchampstead, near Wokingham. In addition to their core range they also have a steady stream of seasonal, special releases and special project beers in production. Part of their philosophy is that they "believe all beer drinkers should be able to enjoy craft beer as wine drinkers enjoy the finest wines" and, as a wine and craft beer specialist, it's something with which we wholeheartedly agree.
