The lowdown:
This is the first time theyve ever brewed a lager for general release. Very much their interpretation of the style, they've used an authentic American Lager yeast strain along with some fructose and bags of US hops offering subtle tropical fruit notes and bright citrus flavours.
The Brewery:
Among the forefront the modern generation of brewers Siren Craft Brew have been building an enviable reputation since 2013 at their brewery in Finchampstead, near Wokingham. In addition to their core range they also have a steady stream of seasonal, special releases and special project beers in production. Part of their philosophy is that they "believe all beer drinkers should be able to enjoy craft beer as wine drinkers enjoy the finest wines" and, as a wine and craft beer specialist, it's something with which we wholeheartedly agree.
