A hazy, tropical DIPA made with 100% Nelson Sauvin hops grapey, grassy, and a little bit wild.
The lowdown:
All Nelson, all the way. This is a pretty strong one - as you'd expect from a DIPA - with heaps of juicy pineapple, gooseberry, and white grape, plus that green, slightly dank edge Nelson Sauvin does so well. Big on flavour but not overblown, with a soft, hazy texture and enough bitterness to keep things from going full fruit smoothie. Bold, bright and very drinkable, though maybe not one to open on a school night.

Phantom Brewing are a Reading-based craft beer outfit who've been quietly making waves since 2019. Their mission? Pretty straightforward really - just to serve up the freshest, top-notch bers they can. But don't mistake simplicity for lack of ambition; they're always experimenting, keeping punters on their toes with an ever-rotating line-up of bold new flavours. Think hazy IPAs, punchy sours, and a fair bit in between. They've certainly got a knack for keeping things interesting.
