The lowdown:
An IPA brewed as an East Coast style in malt balance, haze and hop aroma. New Zealand hops, both hot and cold side. Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Rakau hops were used to create a juicy, fruit forward beer with grapefruit, melon, and citrus aromas. It has a soft bitterness in a very creamy and soft body.
The Brewery:
Little Monster Brewing Co is new West Sussex gem. Founded in 2018 by Brenden Quinn, they're now settled in Chichester with a cracking taproom smack bang in the town centre. Don't be fooled by the playful name though, they're dead serious about their beer. True enthusiasts, they brew a brilliant range traversing the whole spectrum of modern craft beer - IPAs with juicy verve, stouts rich as treacle, and saisons light and spritzy as a Sussex breeze.
