A bright and bitter West Coast IPA with piney hops, citrus lift and a clean malt backbone.
The Lowdown:
When the haze clears, you get Brightwork. Jawbone step away from their hazy comfort zone here, building a West Coast IPA with Simcoe and Centennial for pine and resin, while Strata and Nelson Sauvin add passionfruit, gooseberry and citrus. The bitterness is firm but not abrasive, balanced by a lean malt base that keeps it crisp. Clear, aromatic and firmly in the West Coast mould.
