In a nutshell: Light and refreshing session IPA from Elusive Brewing of Berkshire.
The lowdown: A very drinkable 3.4% ABV session pale ale brewed with Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron hops. It has a light and easy-going flavour with notes of gooseberry, apricot, and elderflower and is a refreshing and easy going beer perfect for any occasion.
Elusive brewing, set up in the mid 2010's, is the baby of Andy Parker a former national home-brew champion who's since gone on to win awards at many other levels. They operate from a small brewery in Finchampstead in Berkshire where they create beer with one eye on tradition and the other on taking things to the next level.
