The lowdown:
This gin started out its life as the popular Solstice Edition gin from Sherlock & Sons. This gin is fresh and intriguing with traditional juniper, floral notes and elderflower. Additions of English Rose Petals and Butterfly Pea Flowers were added to give the gin its natural soft blue colour. By adding an acidic ingredient such as tonic water, the PH levels change resulting in a colour changing gin, from blue to pink. The ideal way to serve is with plenty of ice, premium tonic and twist of grapefruit peel to garnish.

Distillers of Surrey was started in 2018 by Simon Sherlock, a skilled distiller, and his wife Lianne. Nestled in the village of Ripley, this small-batch distillery takes pride in every step of their craft. They use locally sourced botanicals to create spirits with a strong focus on quality and ethical practices.
