Bodegas Frontonio is a winery spearheading a bit of a renaissance in Aragon. Founded by Fernando Mora MW, Mario López, and Francisco Latasa, their focus is on revitalizing the old Garnacha vineyards that proliferate round here. Their high-altitude, mineral-rich sites, coupled with organic viticulture and minimal intervention winemaking, yield vibrant, terroir-driven wines. From the approachable Botijo Rojo and Blanco to their complex single-vineyard wines, they're making an authentic exploration of this underappreciated corner of Spain.
