Description
In a nutshell:
A bright IPA with tropical and citrus fruit flavours and a piney undertone from Beak Brewery of Lewes, Sussex.
The lowdown:
Brewed in collaboration with Duration using an elaborate hop bill of Centennial, El Dorado, Idaho 7, Mosaic, and Vic Secret. This IPA is bright, refreshing, and complex due to the many hops used in the brewing process. Expect aromas of ripe pineapple and candied mango followed by undulating flavours of orange, grapefruit, pine, and mulberry jam.
The Brewery:
Beak Brewery, nestled in the South Downs near Lewes, is a bird worth watching. Founded by food writer Daniel Tapper, they started life as a nomadic project, brewing hop-forward IPAs and saisons with the likes of Beavertown and Northern Monk. Now, with their own kit, they've landed in Lewes, and brew a diverse range of beers. Expect juicy IPAs alongside traditional best bitters and exciting mixed-fermentation projects. Their taproom, with its ever-changing beer list and street-food canteen, is a must-visit for any beer lover.
Style - IPA ABV 6.5% - Strong
