Earthy rooibos tea adds depth, while a warming blend of spices like cassia bark, nutmeg, and ginger is lifted by herbal notes of honeybush leaf, lemon balm, and meadowsweet. Set on the southern slopes of the picturesque Surrey Hills, just outside Guildford, Albury Organic Vineyard is the fulfillment of Nick Wenman's lifelong passion for wine. After retiring from the IT industry in 2009, Nick turned his dream into reality, establishing a small but highly acclaimed organic estate. The vineyard cultivates classic Champagne varieties - Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier - alongside Seyval and Pinot Gris, all grown with a steadfast commitment to organic practices. Avoiding chemicals like herbicides and fungicides, they rise to the challenge of the English climate, producing exceptional wines that reflect their dedication to quality and sustainability.
