A mezcal that takes the fresher path, Xamán Espadín opens with bright herbal lift and a light, leafy character. Made in Oaxaca from 100% Espadín agave, it's roasted underground, tahona-crushed and copper-distilled in small batches. The smoke stays gentle, more smouldering than blazing, while a trace of sweetness rounds off the finish. A softer expression of Espadín that still carries its hallmark depth.
The Brand: Mezcal Xamán takes its name from the shaman, the figure who holds knowledge of land and spirit, and that sense of reverence runs through the project. Based in Oaxaca, it is made in an artisanal, traditional way, with sustainability and community at the centre of its approach. The focus is not speed or volume but authenticity: mezcal that respects agave, landscape and culture alike.
