Bright, bone dry, and beautifully composed - this is a Blanc de Blancs sparkler with real finesse. Made entirely from hand-picked Chardonnay, it's fermented in old oak and aged on its lees for two years to build subtle richness beneath the citrus snap. It's a Brut Nature which means no sugar at disgorging, so nothing gets in the way of the fruit, the texture, or the mineral edge. Made using the traditional method - known in South Africa as Cap Classique - it's crisp, chalky, and effortlessly refined.

Spot on as an aperitif, with oysters, or anything fried and salty. Brut Nature means it's as dry as they come, so serve it cold and pair it with food that plays well with zip.
