Wild Beer Under The Sun Hazy IPA

Mango, vanilla, pineapple and coconut are what you get from this hop-driven hazy IPA. CryoPOP delivers the bright tropical mix, Sabro brings the coconut and faint vanilla that give it a cocktail-like feel, and Idaho 7 sharpens the citrus and adds a touch of bite so the finish stays easy-drinking. A beer that’s chock-full of hops, going for flavour first and bitterness second.

Wild Beer Co began life on a Somerset farm in 2012, built around wild yeasts, barrel-ageing and mixed-fermentation beers that genuinely earned the name. That “wild” streak still runs through the brewery, even if some beers are now a little less out there, with sours, farmhouse ales and barrel-influenced styles still setting the tone for the range.
