The Brewery:
When it comes to some of Germany's most recognised beers, Veltins is right at the top. Ranked as the fourth most consumed beer nationally it may surprise you to hear that Brauerei C&A Veltins is still family owned. Located in Meschede-Grevenstein, they began as a small guest house just outside the brewery's present city location. Five generations on and the present-day flagship ale is still their pilsener.
