Theres also a sprinkle of anise, a hint of cumin, and a vibrant, almost blood-orange acidity. It comes from the original Valpolicella vineyards - that's what the "Classico" on the label means. Light, whispering tannins, and quiet, lingering flavours make it true to where it's from. One of the best "straight" Valpolicella Classicos around.

Azienda Agricole Monte del Frà is a historic estate in Custoza, its beautiful vineyards woven amidst the gentle hills east of Lake Garda. It's a true family affair, with the Bonomos at the helm, spanning generations. They put the vine first, believing exceptional wines start in the vineyard. With meticulous care and limited yields, they produce stunning expressions of the region. Think vibrant Custozas, elegant Bardolinos, and of course, their foray into the Valpolicella Classica is equally impressive. It's clear the Bonomos have a deep respect for their land, and that dedication shines through in the glass.
