The Lowdown:
Big Bavarian-style amber brewed down in Devon, just made for filling Oktoberfest steins. Malt is very much in charge here - all toasted grain, light caramel, and smooth depth - but it's kept in check by a slow, cool fermentation and a proper long lagering. The result is bold but balanced, with a clean, dry edge that rounds off the malt sweetness and leaves it satisfyingly complete.

Based in Devon, they craft their brews using time-honoured techniques, but with a British twist, relying solely on locally grown ingredients. With a rich array of homegrown resources on their doorstep, going fully British-made was an easy decision, helping them reduce their carbon footprint along the way. It's lager, but done thoughtfully, with a dash of British flair and a nod to sustainability.
