This is the perfect wine for anyone looking for an alcohol-free alternative. Made from 100% Syrah grapes, the winemaking process follows the normal route but is then de-alcoholised to 0.5% ABV. The wine is kept at low temperature during this process to ensure the wine retains its distinctive body, colour, and flavour. This is a well-balanced wine that is deep ruby red in colour with hints of ripe red fruit, crushed black pepper, dried rose petal, and candied cherries.
