Stardust Trace Hazy IPA

Nelson Sauvin is the hop that makes Trace distinctive. It brings white grapes and gooseberries — and a faintly winey edge that works well in a hazy IPA. Passionfruit and peach come from the Citra and Galaxy, adding a bit of tropical weight. A pretty full-on beer with plenty of body, plenty of flavour.

Stardust started in the mid 2010s in a small village just outside Maidenhead and have been quietly, but steadily building a good reputation for their beers. They're just as happy brewing cask conditioned real ales as they are the more cutting edge indie styles. You'll find their beers in a few pubs in their local area - and you can drop down to the brewery as well - but beyond that they're not ones to make a big fuss about what they do. They're happy to quietly go about turning out very drinkable beers.
