St Germain Elderflower Liqueur

Very distinctive in its stylish art deco bottle St-Germain elderflower liqueur is made with handpicked elder flowers from the French Alps which are then macerated in alcohol and sweetened with sugar before bottling at 20% ABV. Naturally the elderflowers stand out, but there are also hints of tropical fruits, peaches. Citrus and a touch of honeysuckle. It's great to enjoy it straight over ice, but also ideal for cocktails, or mixed with white, or sparkling wine.

St-Germain was created in 2007 by American Robert Cooper of New York's Coopers Spirits Co after he spotted a gap in the market for an alcoholic elderflower liqueur. After being hailed as one of the most influential cocktail components in recent years it's now a staple in bars everywhere.
