Using milk chocolate really plays to the style of this stout, working in tandem with its natural sweetness. Soft, smooth and clearly on the dessert-like side, it has rounded chocolate, gentle vanilla and a hint of coconut coming through. It's full-bodied and rich, and the touch of roastiness in the background stops it getting too sticky.

Siren Craft Brew have been making waves in the indie beer scene since 2013, brewing out of Finchampstead, near Wokingham.
