The lowdown:
This is a new take on the citrus gin style inspired by the popular flavour combination of orange and chocolate. Along side orange blossom a good measure of liquorice is used among the botanicals to give a sweetened backdrop allowing the richness of the cacao nibs to do their thing. It's further flavoured with fresh orange zest to make a wonderfully complex citrus gin. Use it to make an Orange Collins with some fresh orange juice and soda water.

Sipsmith's story began in 2009, in a tiny workshop in Hammersmith, London. Childhood friends Fairfax Hall and Sam Galsworthy had an unwavering belief in things well made - the way they used to be, the way they should be. They set up London's first traditional copper distillery since 1820, paving the way for many others to follow. Their mission was simple: to bring back London Dry Gin of truly uncompromising quality and character to the city where it first earned its name. Today, the distillery is situated in a street in Chiswick, close to where it all started.
