In a nutshell:
A complex and distinctive Japanese gin.
In addition to the traditional gin botanicals this includes 6 additional Japanese ones, sakura leaf, sakura flower, sencha tea, gyokuro tea, sansho pepper and yuzu peel. The name 'Roku' means 6 in Japanese to emphasis this. The result is an earthy and vegetal gin with a touch of fruity sweetness and hint of pepperiness on the finish.
Try Roku gin classically served with tonic and ice, but garnished with a few slithers of peeled ginger.
