This is a bottle conditioned cider produced as simply and naturally as possible using the very best apples, small batch techniques and wild yeasts. Matured in wood before bottling for a full bodied naturally sparkling cider complete with sediment.
The Producer:
The farm in Ilminster, Somerset where Perry's started out is still very much the heart of the company and where all their apples are grown, pressed, fermented, matured and packaged. William Churchill the founder started the business way back in 1920 as a sideline to his Blacksmith's forge which where the company's office is now sited. From humble beginnings they've grown to become well respected producer, fiercely independent and proudly at the forefront of the UK's cider industry.
